SATURDAY NIGHT REUNION
& SUNDAY FAMILY PICNIC

The Arundel Class of 1986 20 Year Reunion will be at Gardel’s Supper Club on Saturday, July 29 from
7 p.m. – 12 midnight.  This is the main event, so be there with bells on! **SEE ALL DETAILS BELOW**

The Family Picnic at Kinder Farm Park on Sunday, July 30 at 12 noon. Come solo or bring the whole family for this fun day.  Just $15 bucks covers you plus any guests / children. Everyone should bring drinks and a dish to share. Want to help?  Contact:  Irenee Ellett McElwee.

20 YEAR REUNION MAIN EVENT

Gardel’s is located in the historic “1869 Fava Building,” distinguished by its cast-iron facade.  Located three blocks from Baltimore ’s Inner Harbor , it’s a short block from PowerPlant Live! on the opposite side of President Street .  Click for directions to Gardel’s.

Saturday night party
at Gardel’s includes:

  • Private Floor for Reunion (This is a great space with dance floor, bar, buffet and lounge areas, so lots of places for both conversation and dancing!)

  • Open bar from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

  **No tickets will mailed in advance.** Guest list will be kept at check-in.

TICKETS
Tickets are $75 a person or $150 a couple.  Tickets will be available for purchase online by clicking here for TICKETS.  We really need a good idea of who is coming well before the event so please order now!  Tickets purchased after July 27 will be $86 a person or $172 a couple.   Tickets must be ordered online no later than July 28.

PHOTOGRAPHER
A professional photographer will be shooting pictures all night during the reunion.  Couples, friends, groups, clubs, teams, old-prom dates… get your group together and get some great pictures reunion night!  A full group shoot of all 1986 classmates will be taken as well.  No hard sell, pictures are displayed and available for class members, take it or leave it.  All photos will be available for purchase onsite so you can take home the memories immediately!

PARKING
Gardel’s has valet parking on Saturday nights.  Or park across the street at Harbor Parking for $5. 

REUNION DVD
No, this DVD not a “reality TV” production of reunion night, nor anything close to MTV’s “My Super Sweet Sixteen” show (if you’ve ever seen “My Super Sweet Sixteen,” you are very thankful!)  The 20 Year Reunion DVD features pictures and music from high school years and is a sure-fire nostalgia hit!  Produced specifically for the Arundel High School Class of 1986, this DVD will be distributed on night of the reunion. HOTEL ROOMS
Spend the night in Baltimore with the spouse & kids, or join up with a few friends and make it a “guys- or girls-night out!”  There are 40 rooms “on hold” for our classmates who want accommodations. 

Rooms are held two hotels near the reunion site (Gardel’s Supper Club, Little Italy):  Courtyard by Marriott and Marriott Waterfront

 

Both hotels are located on Aliceanna Street in Little Italy and are steps from the Inner Harbor , Aquarium, PowerPlant complex and Gardel’s, which is the location of the reunion.  They are absolutely gorgeous and provide tons of amenities. 

Rooms are available for either two-nights (July 28 & 29), or just reunion night (July 29).  Rates available are $219, $229, $249, $319 and $349 depending on the property.  There is not one rate because we were unable to financially secure a “group” and therefore qualify for one rate.


IF you need a room, contact us as soon as you can.  Once the room is in your name, you can cancel up to 6 p.m. the day of arrival.
